At Eklene, we proudly offer FREE shipping on all orders — no minimums, no surprises.
Order Processing Times
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and hand it off to our shipping partners. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your order is officially in transit.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience during those times.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped, average delivery times are as follows:
🇺🇸 United States: 4–10 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 3–9 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 3–10 business days
🇳🇿 New Zealand: 5–14 business days
Note: Delays due to customs, local postal services, or peak demand periods may occasionally extend delivery time.
Accurate Shipping Details & Order Changes
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Orders with invalid or incomplete information may be delayed or cancelled.
If our system detects an issue, we’ll reach out via email within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we don’t hear back within that timeframe, we may cancel the order to avoid further issues.

Delayed Deliveries
We know fast delivery matters. While we work hard to get your order out quickly, there may be delays outside of our control, such as:

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked shipped, responsibility for delivery falls on the courier. In rare cases of lost or stolen packages, here’s what to do:

While Eklene is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we will support you fully through the claims process. In some cases, we may issue a replacement, depending on the situation.
